ILGA World is seeking information on incidents of "criminal enforcement" of laws that criminalise consensual same-sex sexual acts and laws that criminalise gender expression.

We are particularly interested in documented instances of enforcement carried out by police, courts or other legal systems against lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and gender diverse people in 2020/2021 for a research report.

The new report, highlighting cases of criminal enforcement around the world, will act as a vital supplement to the legally-oriented reports of past years. Help ILGA World put a human face to the laws which target our communities.
