A request to cancel a registration must be made in writing and sent to 2022@worldconference.ilga.org.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the following schedule:

Participants who would need to cancel their registration due to rejection of their visa application will receive a full refund minus 50 USD processing fee if cancelled on or before 2 April 2022. Evidence of the visa refusal should be attached to the request for a refund. Please note that the refund of the fees might take up to 60 days to be processed.
Under ILGA’s contingency plans, there is a chance that the conference might be postponed to a later date in 2022 due to Covid-19 and its impacts. The decision about this potential postponement of the conference will be made in October 2021.
In those circumstances, participants can either have their registration transferred to the new dates, or else they have the right to cancel and get a full refund without any penalty if they inform ILGA World (by emailing 2022@worldconference.ilga.org) at least 60 days before the start of the postponed conference.
If the cancellation request is received from 59 to 25 days before the postponed start of the conference, the participants will receive a 50% refund minus a 50 USD processing fee.
No refund of fees will be made if the cancellation is requested 24 or less days before the start of the postponed conference.
