Conference fees and diverse participation

For its 2022 World Conference, ILGA World has different tiers of fees to help support diverse participation. Follow this link to find your conference fee, and to register for the event!

Ensuring that a wide range of LGBTI activists from literally all around the world can attend is a priority for ILGA World. If you can, we encourage you to therefore donate to ILGA World to support their attendance. . All such donations will go directly towards supporting the attendance of these activists who would otherwise not have the opportunity to attend. To become a sponsor or partner, or to learn more about ways to invest in the conference, email J. Andrew Baker (Coordinator, Donor Relations) at [email protected].

Over the past few months, we received hundreds of applications for our scholarship programme. Unfortunately we can only support a fraction of those who applied. Selected scholars have been informed during the past weeks, and we encourage unsuccessful applicants to seek alternative funding to attend the event and register now as a paying participant.

Covid-19 and contingency plans

In light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we are continually monitoring the situation and will be taking the advised local government health precautions in the preparation of the event. The health, safety and well-being of the public and visitors are our highest priority. At the moment we do think that the conference will go-ahead in May 2022. Follow this link to read more about the precautions that we are taking, and about the contingency plan timetable that we are following in case travel remains unsafe or impractical.
