Mapping the work that we did last year to bring our global LGBTI family together, the publication summarises an extraordinary year of remarkable recent achievements and highlights what we can accomplish when we stand together - uplifting and amplifying the voices of LGBTI human rights defenders worldwide, from the grassroots up to the United Nations.

“A World Conference in a time of global travel restrictions. The renewal of a United Nations mandate. Facing antigender and anti-trans narratives as they increasingly take up space. Navigating all of the above, interwoven with the ever-shifting landscape of a pandemic, was certainly no small feat for ILGA World. And yet, 2022 was another landmark year in the history of our organisation. (...) This crucial voice of the LGBTI movement is more necessary than ever.”
